Reaching the Pinnacle
Like many professionals, Priya spent decades pursuing excellence in her career. She gathered various experiences, enabled cherished accomplishments and eventually reached the pinnacle in her Corporate career – as she had hoped for. Subsequently she found herself asking a different question not "What's next?" but "How can I continue making a difference?"
A new beginning
Around the same time, Priya fulfilled a long-held aspiration by co-authoring ‘Women of Alchemy’ with her colleague and friend Puneet. As they worked together on the book – they realized that they will continue to contribute their mite for causes that resonate with Women empowerment and leadership. Through their career, they led transformation of people, process and organisations quite seamlessly and intentionally.
That shared philosophy became the foundation of P&P Consulting.
Finding the right frame
Rather than stepping away from the corporate world, Priya chose to stay connected to it in a different way - helping organisations solve their people and business challenges through Consulting. As her expertise was in Organisation Development and Transformation, this area became a value proposition.
What began as an idea soon became a clear vision.
Building Trust
The journey began organically. Clients came through referrals, relationships, and the trust built over years of leadership experience.
As new consultants and domain experts joined, P&P evolved into a multidisciplinary consulting practice focused on meaningful business transformation.
Purpose in Practice
Today, P&P partners with organisations to navigate growth, change and transformation by aligning People, Process and Technology.
